Executive Chef Bill Wise
Chef Wise is an Executive Chef with over 25 years of fine dining experience at resorts, hotels and restaurants. He received his culinary degree in Albuquerque, NM. After graduating he studied for many years under numerous talented Chefs from the USA, Austria and Italy. Chef Bill Wise has found his own creative talent specializing in American and Italian cuisine with a Southwestern flair.
Chef Wise opened the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Albuquerque, and worked as Banquet Chef and became the Chef of their gourmet restaurant. He also worked at the Hyatt Regency, Minneapolis, under the title “Restaurant Chef”, and performed as “Chef De Cuisine” at the renowned St. Paul Hotel in Minnesota. His most recent position was “Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Director” for Wolf Creek Utah, where he directed three restaurants, a large wedding and banquet facility, and catered for the private resort .
Chef Wise enjoys fishing, traveling, sportsman shooting, woodworking and creative cooking. He currently resides in the White Mountains not far from his favorite hobby, the Rusty Cactus.
